MY GO TO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

I  have this smoothie pretty much every morning. It is so easy and tastes amazing!

INGREDIENTS:

  • frozen chopped up banana – 1 whole banana
  • blackberries – handful
  • spinach – handful
  • bee pollen – 1 tbsp
  • protein powder – 1 scoop (mine is About Time Vegan Protein in chocolate)
  • almond butter – 1 tsp
  • almond milk – fill to top
