I have this smoothie pretty much every morning. It is so easy and tastes amazing!
- frozen chopped up banana – 1 whole banana
- blackberries – handful
- spinach – handful
- bee pollen – 1 tbsp
- protein powder – 1 scoop (mine is About Time Vegan Protein in chocolate)
- almond butter – 1 tsp
- almond milk – fill to top
